Simona is the caretaker for projects in the field of regional development in the company, and is the executive director of our Croatian company, which was established in the summer of 2008. Lately Simona has led the preparation of a number of projects and their preparation for different financial sources, the implementation of projects, financing by European financial sources, the development of various strategies for municipalities in Slovenia and Croatia and education about the preparation of projects in Slovenia and abroad. Besides this, Simona also collaborates on other projects, such as the preparation of feasibility studies and different evaluations that are prepared by our company.



In her private life Simona swims, skis and goes on walks, and enjoys getting together with her husband and having lively discussions with her friends at Krk, where she already feels quite at home.

With its experience, knowledge, contacts at home and abroad, with its practical approach and way of thinking, Oikos provides services at all levels: from the integration of environmental objectives at the strategic level to environmental measures at the technical level.

...as we believe that only this approach allows long-term effects and satisfaction of all stakeholders. In our opinion, nature protection is much more than preserving the current status, as today it represents a significant opportunity for the development of various areas. We actively involve all stakeholders in nature protection in order to jointly determine the objectives of protected areas and through them develop the necessary regimes, measures and methods to reach our goals.
